It is the abrasive wheel fitted on the sharpener arm, used to hone the circular blade of the slicer, restoring a clean cutting edge when the blade no longer cuts cleanly or starts tearing the food instead of slicing it.

Compatible with Fama sharpeners and generic sharpeners with the same dimensions (50 mm diameter, 6 mm hole).
