KNOB HANDLE

Knobs, handles and grips are the slicer's manual touchpoints: they let you lift the arm, move the carriage or operate the food pusher safely.

Main types: arm-lift handle (to raise the food-holding arm, also available with extension or locking screw), food pusher grip (with or without extension), carriage knob (U or L shaped depending on the mechanism) and grips with a built-in bushing (in various diameters, e.g. 8 or 10mm).

Compatibility by brand: available for Arsa, Atoma, Fia, CEG, Kolossal and Italiana Macchi — the way it attaches to the arm or carriage changes from model to model, always check compatibility before ordering.
