330MM SLICER BLADE

330mm (33cm) replacement blades for large-format professional slicers, suited to slicing raw ham and mortadella. In C45 or 100Cr6 steel, pre-sharpened.

How to read the measurements: each blade is identified by a series of numbers indicating outer diameter, centre hole, thickness and other mating dimensions (e.g. "330/57/4/270/23h") — all measurements must match the original, the diameter alone isn't enough.

Available versions: standard in 100Cr6 (higher hardness, longer edge retention) and TN version for specific fittings; some sizes also available under the Rasspe brand.

Compatibility: 330mm sizes are shared across several manufacturers (Leonardo Sirman, Oberwerk, Bizerba VS8, HC Bizerba) — always check all dimensions, not just the nominal diameter.
