SIRMAN SLICER BLADE

Replacement blades for Sirman slicers, a professional brand widely used in delicatessens and restaurants. Different sizes by model, in C45 or 100Cr6 steel, pre-sharpened.

How to read the measurements: each blade is identified by a series of numbers indicating outer diameter, centre hole, thickness and other mating dimensions (e.g. 250/40/3/210/17.5) — all measurements must match the original, diameter alone isn't enough.

Materials: C45 (carbon steel, the most common) and 100Cr6 (chromium alloy steel, harder and holds its edge longer) — the correct choice depends on the original model, they're not freely interchangeable on the same machine.

Compatibility: many Sirman blades share dimensions with other brands (e.g. RGV, FAC, Noaw, Regina, Rheninghaus) at the same diameters — still check all the dimensions, not just the nominal diameter.

How do I measure the blade I'm replacing?
Measure outer diameter, centre hole and thickness with a caliper; the full code (e.g. 250/40/3/210/17.5) is the most reliable reference for compatibility.

100Cr6 holds its edge longer thanks to its higher hardness; the correct choice still depends on the material originally fitted on your model.
