SLICER HOLDING PINS

Holding pins are the small metal pins that hold the food in place on the slicer's carriage plate during cutting, stopping it from slipping.

With stop and relief groove: the stop limits the insertion depth, the relief groove (channel on the body) helps it engage in the hole of the plate or the pusher arm. Sizes: various combinations of body and shank diameter (e.g. Ø3x11, Ø4x12 shank Ø3x5, Ø4x12 shank Ø2x3, Ø3x9), sold in packs of 5. The range also includes the pin-fitting tool, used to insert and remove pins without damaging them.

For other machine hardware items see Hardware.
