Holding pins are the small metal pins that hold the food in place on the slicer's carriage plate during cutting, stopping it from slipping.

With stop and relief groove: the stop limits the insertion depth, the relief groove (channel on the body) helps it engage in the hole of the plate or the pusher arm. Sizes: various combinations of body and shank diameter (e.g. Ø3x11, Ø4x12 shank Ø3x5, Ø4x12 shank Ø2x3, Ø3x9), sold in packs of 5.
