Discs and blades: ejector discs and slicing/grating discs (for example DT2 for cheese), blades for bladed cutters (for example Sirman model C4-C6) — each disc is specific to a cutting type and machine diameter.

Bowls and lids: bowl with or without magnet (to recover metal residue), lid with gasket for the cutter bowl.

Electronic boards: available for both vegetable cutters (for example Pasquini mod. PSP100, single or three-phase) and mozzarella cutters (for example mod. T00ET3 with memory) — always check brand and model before ordering.
