KNIFE BLADE

The knife works together with the perforated plate: rotating against it, it cuts the meat as it is pushed through the holes.

Self-sharpening knife: keeps its cutting edge longer in use than a traditional knife (e.g. Salvador, stainless steel, for sizes 8/12/22/32).
