PERFORATED PLATE

The perforated plate works together with the knife: the meat is pushed through the holes while the rotating knife cuts it, determining the final grind size.

How to choose the correct part: check the machine size (8, 12, 22, 32, 42) and the hole diameter (from 4.5 to 10mm) — smaller holes give a finer grind, larger holes a coarser one.

One or two notches: the notches are the slots on the edge of the plate that lock it in rotation — check how many the original plate has, as they are not interchangeable between one- and two-notch versions.

Available versions: standard plate or SLX (reinforced version), also available braze-welded for longer durability.
