Replacement PMMA (acrylic) guard tray for the FAC 250 flywheel slicer, the classic manual flywheel slicer used to slice cured meats and cheese without needing electricity.
The guard tray is the transparent shield/tray that slides beneath the blade, in front of the meat carriage: it guides the slices as they are cut and acts as a barrier between the operator's hand and the blade edge. This part wears out from impacts, deep scratches or cracking of the acrylic, especially on slicers used daily in delicatessens or butcher shops.
