Blade cover for the Berkel HL200 slicer (Home Line, old model). It is the protective ring that covers the rear edge of the blade, shielding its cutting edge in the area not used for slicing: a key safety element that reduces the risk of accidental contact during use and, above all, during cleaning of the disc.
The HL200 is part of the Berkel Home Line domestic range. A blade cover deformed or damaged by knocks no longer protects the edge correctly and must be replaced to restore operating safety.
