COOKING PLATE SPRINGS

Replacement springs for cooking plates, which pull the lid or moving part of the plate (toast/panini type) back into position after opening, ensuring even pressure on the food during cooking.

Left or right: the position on the machine body matters, it must be chosen according to the side of the plate. Brands in range: Fimar (double spring), CB Croce, Silanos Yang, Milan Toast, Fama, Sirman (Cort model), Unox (XP020 model).

Sign of wear: if the lid no longer closes with the right pressure, or stays open on its own, the spring has lost its elasticity.

How do I choose between the left and right spring?
It depends on which side of the plate it's fitted to: check the position on the original spring before ordering.

Why does my toast come out cooked unevenly?
