The aluminium locking ring (spare part code 110264, reference (O) in the exploded view) is the original RGV spare part for the meat grinder head of the Duetto Plus. It is the threaded ring that locks and clamps the cutting assembly onto the meat grinder attachment head: screwing onto the feed tube, it holds the auger, blade and perforated plate in position, ensuring proper, play-free grinding.

Compatibility: specific to the RGV Duetto Plus multifunction meat grinder (spare parts range 110250). It works together with the meat feed tube (reference (B), code 110255).
When to replace it: it should be replaced when the thread or seat is worn, or in case of breakage or cracks that prevent the cutting assembly from being tightened fully (the blade no longer presses firmly against the plate and the meat is ground poorly).
