How to choose the right roller

The roller is the key component and is chosen according to:

  • Model and size of the grater (the roller must match the flange and mouth).
  • Material: stainless steel (durable and hygienic), aluminium or cast iron depending on the machine.
  • Punching (toothing): finer for powdered Grana and Parmesan, coarser for bread and a more granular grate.
