Control keypad for the reversing function, in the rectangular version, AMB brand model TC (part no. AGWSELE0896). This is the panel-mounted keypad the operator uses to manage the motor's direction of rotation: pressing the keys controls start, stop and above all the reversing of the rotation, a typical function on food-processing machines such as meat grinders and similar AMB equipment.
The keypad does not work on its own but must be paired with the electronic control board AGWSELE0535: the keypad picks up the pressed command and transmits it to the board, which drives the motor and reverses its direction of travel. For this reason the two components should be treated as a single functional assembly.
Symptoms that call for replacing the keypad: keys that do not respond or stay pressed, a reversing command that is not carried out, worn membrane contacts or a damaged panel. Before replacing the keypad, also check the condition of the paired AGWSELE0535 board.
Safety note: electrical component. Installation and replacement must be carried out by a qualified technician, with the machine disconnected from the mains.
