It is the funnel that fits onto the mincer's outlet to stuff the ground meat directly into the casing, allowing homemade sausages to be made with the same machine used to mince the meat.
Replace it when the cone is broken, cracked or deformed, or when it no longer fits correctly onto the mincer outlet, causing the meat mixture to leak out during stuffing.
