Knife-holder pin/shaft for meat mincers, ARTEX brand, model 22. It is the threaded shaft onto which the knife, perforated plate and locking ring are mounted in the machine's cutting unit: it transmits motion from the worm screw to the cutting components and ensures correct axial clamping.
