Stainless steel bowl with magnet for the Sirman Plutone 10 planetary mixer, post-December 2019 version, code CNP10-50401051. It is the container in which doughs and mixtures are processed; the integrated magnet communicates with the machine's safety sensor, which allows starting only when the bowl is correctly inserted.
A dented, deformed bowl or one with a damaged magnet compromises processing and safety (the machine may not start). Replacing it restores capacity, coupling and safety.
