The complete PVC product-pressing arm is the assembly that locks and presses the product against the blade during cutting, for the RGV Luxury 275 domestic slicer. It has a black handle, is tool-free removable and is dishwasher safe.
The pressing arm is the point of contact between the operator's hand and the product being sliced: it ensures a secure grip and steady feed during cutting. If the arm breaks, the handle loosens, or the couplings to the carriage wear out, the product's grip becomes unstable during slicing. In these cases the complete assembly must be replaced to restore safe use.
