It is the inner container (tank) into which the liquid cream is poured and whipped: the system draws the cream from the tank, emulsifies it with air and dispenses it whipped, ready to use. It is the food-contact heart of the machine and must be kept perfectly clean and intact.

The Kream 2.5 is a countertop cream whipper for ice-cream parlours, pastry shops and bars, with a 2.5-litre tank, output up to ~50 kg/h and 230V supply; it whips cream with up to 45% fat. A deformed, scratched or damaged tank compromises sealing and hygiene: replacing it restores correct operation and food safety.
