This smooth two-hole blade is the replacement cutting edge for the Fimar "E" series vegetable-cutter discs. It is the cutting element fitted onto the slicing disc: as the produce slides against the edge it is sliced, while the slice thickness is set by the disc ramp (E1, E2, E3... up to E14, where the number is the cut thickness in millimetres).

The two holes fix the blade to the disc body with the dedicated screws; the smooth (non-serrated) geometry suits slicing vegetables and produce (potatoes, carrots, courgettes, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, apples, citrus and the like).

Compatibility: Fimar "E" series vegetable-cutter discs. Replace the blade when the edge is worn, chipped or nicked: a worn edge tears instead of cutting, ruins the cut quality and strains the motor. Check the hole spacing and dimensions against the mounted blade before ordering.
