Removable sharpener assembly (code 9693) for RGV slicers mod. 300S and 350. Complete sharpener body with seats for the two wheels (coarse for sharpening and fine for deburring), to keep the blade edge sharp at all times. CE version without sharpener cap (cover not included). Replace when the wheels are worn or sharpening is no longer effective.
The sharpener assembly (code 9693) is the removable sharpening device for RGV slicers. It is the complete sharpener body that houses the sharpening wheels: a coarse-grit wheel to restore the blade edge and a fine wheel for deburring and finishing the cut. The assembly mounts on the top of the machine, above the blade, and lets you keep the disc sharp at all times without removing it from the slicer.

CE version without sharpener cap: the assembly is supplied without the sharpener cover/cap, which must either be reused from the existing sharpener or ordered separately.
This spare part should be replaced when the wheels are worn or glazed, when sharpening no longer revives the blade edge, or when the sharpener body is damaged. An efficient sharpener ensures a clean cut, reduces strain on the motor and extends blade life. We recommend checking the exact model of your slicer before ordering, since the sharpener cap is not included in this version.
