The AMB grater roller, complete with flanges, is the punched cylinder that grates cheese in AMB professional graters. As it rotates against the cheese wheel, the punched surface shreds it into flakes or powder, and the roller's steady motion keeps the grating action constant and uninterrupted.

The side flanges, included with the roller, support it at both ends and ensure correct coupling with the machine shaft: since they are already fitted, the part can be installed directly, with no need to source or adapt separate flanges.
