Blade-locking screw, original RGV spare part for the Ausonia 190 slicer (screwdriver-head version, "t.cac."). It is the central screw that locks the removable 190 mm blade onto the hub: tightening it keeps the blade firmly in position during slicing, unscrewing it lets you remove the blade for sharpening and thorough cleaning of the disc.

The Ausonia 190 is an RGV domestic slicer with a removable 190 mm blade and a 100 W motor. The locking screw is a small but essential safety element: if it is worn, stripped or lost, the blade is not held correctly. Replacing it with the original part ensures a secure fixing.
