Carriage hand guard for FAC and Swedlinghaus gravity-feed slicers, models 195 / 220 / 250R / 250E, CE and CE domestic versions. Safety shield between the hand and the blade during slicing: mandatory component, to be replaced if broken or missing. Hole centre distance 14.9 cm (measurement to check for compatibility). Specific to FAC/Swedlinghaus, not interchangeable with RGV models.
Berkel meat / max plate release pin
The plate release pin for Berkel Meat/Max slicers is the mechanical component of the lever that allows the product plate to be released for cleaning: operating the lever, the pin allows the plate to be freed and removed (to be done with the thickness adjustment knob set to "0" and the carriage fully pulled back toward the knob).
- Application: Berkel Meat and Max series slicers
- Function: pivot pin of the product plate release mechanism
It should be replaced when the lever no longer releases the plate correctly, when the plate stays locked, or when play/instability is felt in the mechanism: typical signs of wear or a broken pin. The plate is also linked to the machine's CE safety interlock, so a damaged pin can also affect the correct operation of this safety device. Replacement part compatible with Berkel Meat and Max slicers.
