The switch with relay type 3120 (code AGWSELE0946) is the electrical control unit specific to Berkel 800 series slicers. It combines in a single component the ON/OFF power switch and the relay that manages motor start-up and protection.

Its function is to command the machine's start and stop and, thanks to the relay, to provide anti-restart safety: in the event of a power cut or blackout, the slicer does not restart automatically when voltage returns but requires the operator to switch it back on manually.

Replace it when symptoms appear such as: the machine does not start when the button is pressed, it does not stop correctly, or it fails to restart after a power interruption. The component is dedicated to the Berkel 800 and is not interchangeable with other models.
