Replacement slicer blade, Ø 275 mm, material C45. It is the circular blade that, rotating, performs the slicer's cut: the sharp edge slices cured meats, meats and compact products with a clean, even-thickness slice. It is a wear part, to be sharpened periodically and replaced when the edge can no longer be recovered.
