Replacement blade for professional slicers, external diameter 330 mm, central hole 57 mm, 4 fixing holes, internal (blade-guard) diameter 274 mm and thickness 15,5 mm. Made of 100Cr6 steel with TN (titanium nitride) treatment, for Rheninghaus-Tecmal slicers.
100Cr6 is a high-hardness chromium steel; the titanium-nitride (TN) coating gives very high resistance to adhesive wear, reducing product adhesion on the edge and extending cutting life even in intensive use.
The 57 mm central hole and the 4 fixing holes are the reference for checking compatibility with your slicer before buying: always compare external diameter, central hole, number of holes and internal diameter with the blade to be replaced.

When to replace it: a worn or out-of-round blade produces uneven, frayed or inconsistent slices and requires more force. Regular sharpening with the machine's sharpener extends its life; when sharpening is no longer enough, it must be replaced.
