Replacement blade for large-format professional slicers, external diameter 350 mm, central hole 57 mm, 4 fixing holes, internal (blade-guard) diameter 286 mm and thickness 15.5 mm. Made of 100Cr6 steel with TN (titanium nitride) treatment, for Rheninghaus slicers.
100Cr6 is a high-hardness chromium steel; the titanium-nitride (TN) coating increases resistance to adhesive wear and edge retention compared with bare steel, extending cutting life in the intensive use typical of 350 mm formats.
The 57 mm central hole and the 4 fixing holes are the reference for checking compatibility with your slicer before buying: always compare external diameter, central hole, number of holes and internal diameter with the blade to be replaced.

When to replace it: a worn or out-of-round blade produces uneven, frayed or inconsistent slices and requires more force. Regular sharpening with the machine's sharpener extends its life; when sharpening is no longer enough, it must be replaced.
