Replacement blade for large-format professional slicers, external diameter 350 mm, central hole 57 mm, 4 fixing holes, internal (blade-guard) diameter 306 mm and thickness 22.5 mm. Made of 100Cr6 steel, third-generation type, for Manconi and Kolossal slicers with slice-deflector raise.

100Cr6 is a high-hardness chromium steel: compared with common C45 it holds its edge longer and delivers a clean cut even in intensive use, reducing how often it needs sharpening. "Third generation" refers to the mounting standard with a 57 mm central hole and 4 holes.

Always compare external diameter, central hole, number of holes and internal diameter with the blade to be replaced before buying.

When to replace it: a worn or out-of-round blade produces uneven, frayed or inconsistent slices and requires more force. Regular sharpening with the machine's sharpener extends its life; when sharpening is no longer enough, it must be replaced.
