Replacement blade for large-format professional slicers, external diameter 350 mm, central hole 40 mm, 3 fixing holes, internal (blade-guard) diameter 280 mm and thickness 22.5 mm. Made of C45 steel.

Blade adaptable to Berkel, Dampa, Essedue, OMAS TS35N, OMS, Rheninghaus Start 350 slicers. C45 carbon steel offers a good balance between cost and edge retention for the intensive professional use typical of 350 mm formats.

The 40 mm central hole and the 3 fixing holes are the reference for checking compatibility with your slicer before buying: always compare external diameter, central hole, number of holes and internal diameter with the blade to be replaced.

When to replace it: a worn or out-of-round blade produces uneven, frayed or inconsistent slices and requires more force. Regular sharpening with the machine's sharpener extends its life; when sharpening is no longer enough, it must be replaced.
