Replacement blade for large-format professional slicers, external diameter 370 mm, central hole 57 mm, 4 fixing screws, internal (blade-guard) diameter 315 mm and thickness 22.5 mm. Made of 100Cr6 steel. For the Zenith FRV370S slicer.
100Cr6 is a high-hardness chromium steel: compared with common C45 it holds its edge longer and delivers a clean cut even in the intensive use typical of 370 mm formats, reducing how often it needs sharpening.
The 57 mm central hole, the 4 screws and the 315 mm internal diameter are the references for checking compatibility with your slicer before buying: always compare these measurements with the blade to be replaced.
