Replacement blade for large-format Sirman slicers, external diameter 370 mm, central hole 57 mm, 4 fixing screws, internal (blade-guard) diameter 326 mm and thickness 22.5 mm, with extraction holes. Made of 100Cr6 steel. For Sirman Leonardo 370 and Galileo 370 slicers.
The extraction holes allow the use of the blade extractor supplied with these machines, to safely remove the blade for cleaning. 100Cr6 chromium steel, with high hardness, ensures excellent edge retention and a clean, long-lasting cut even in intensive use.
The 57 mm central hole, the 4 screws and the 326 mm internal diameter are the references for checking compatibility with your slicer before buying: always compare these measurements with the blade to be replaced.

When to replace it: a worn or out-of-round blade produces uneven, frayed or inconsistent slices and requires more force. Regular sharpening with the machine's sharpener extends its life; when sharpening is no longer enough, it must be replaced.
