300 blade cover for sirman slicer hexagonal attachment

The Ø 300 blade cover (blade guard) is the ring-shaped protection that covers the non-cutting edge of the slicer blade, leaving only the cutting edge exposed. It performs an essential safety function: it covers the unused part of the blade during slicing and cleaning, reducing the risk of accidental contact with the cutting edge.

This model is compatible with Sirman Mirra 300 CE slicers and features a hexagonal attachment with M6 thread, allowing it to be fixed centrally to the blade plate.

It should be replaced when it is deformed, dented, cracked, or when the threaded seat/attachment no longer ensures a stable fit: a deformed blade cover does not protect correctly and compromises operator safety.
