Replacement blade protection ring for Swedlinghaus slicer model AF370VS-GR (370 mm blade diameter).
The protection ring is the circular guard that covers the perimeter of the blade, leaving exposed only the cutting section in contact with the food: it protects the operator from accidental contact with the sharp edge during use and cleaning. On Swedlinghaus AF370 series slicers the ring is paired with a safety microswitch that stops the motor if the ring is removed or not correctly seated.
When the ring is dented, cracked, or no longer fits securely onto the blade, it needs to be replaced: a damaged ring compromises operator protection and can prevent the safety microswitch from working correctly.
