The carriage is the part of the flywheel slicer on which the product to be sliced (salami, ham, cheese) rests, and which slides back and forth along the machine's guide rail during cutting. The assembly includes the carriage complete with the under-guide sleeve, the part that allows the carriage to slide smoothly along the guide bar, reducing friction and mechanical play.
