Carriage assembly model 350 with BLC system for RGV Dolly series slicers. The carriage assembly is the sliding unit that holds the product plate and moves it back and forth under the blade during cutting, guided by the under-rail sleeve.

The BLC system allows the product plate and its support to be removed for convenient access to the area underneath for cleaning, with a safety lock that only permits removal when the slice thickness dial is set to "0", keeping the blade fully guarded. Replace it when the carriage slides with difficulty, shows excessive play, or the safety lock no longer holds the plate correctly.
