Miniature contactor of the Siemens 3TK20 series: three normally open power contacts (3NO) plus one normally closed auxiliary contact (1NC), driven by a 24 V AC coil. In the electrical panels of professional machines the contactor switches the load (motor or heating element) on command of the low-voltage auxiliary circuit: push buttons, thermostats or control boards drive the coil, and the contactor closes the power contacts.
