The E disc blade for vegetable cutter is the replacement cutting blade for the E-line slicing discs of a professional vegetable cutter. On segmented slicing discs (E line) the blade is the interchangeable cutting edge: rotating with the disc, it slices vegetables into slices whose thickness matches the disc fitted. Replacing only the blade restores the disc's cutting performance without buying a whole new disc.

With use the blade loses its edge, chips or warps, producing uneven, shredded or crushed slices and putting extra strain on the motor. Replacing it promptly restores a clean cut and protects the supporting disc.
