upper and lower blade for c15 sirman cutter

Pair of blades (upper and lower) for the Sirman C15 cutter (14.5-litre bowl). They are the curved hardened-cutlery-steel blades that rotate at the bottom of the bowl: they chop, emulsify and homogenise meat, vegetables, doughs and creams. The upper and lower blades work overlapped for an effective cut across the whole volume.

The blades are a wear component: with use the edge rounds off, the chop becomes mushy and the processing heats up. Replacing them (as a pair) restores a clean, fast cut.
