Emery (abrasive) stone for slicer sharpener units, compatible with Ortega slicer and compatible models. It fits onto the sharpener and is the stone that restores the cutting edge of the blade.

  • Grit: fine

Fine grit is used for precision finishing of the blade, giving a clean edge without removing excess material; coarse grit is used instead for more aggressive sharpening of heavily worn blades. Replace it when worn, glazed, no longer sharpening evenly, or if cracked or chipped.
