Sharpening stone (grinding wheel) for the slicer's built-in sharpener, coarse grain, dimensions Ø 50 x thickness 9 x bore 6 mm. Compatible with Rheninghaus and compatible slicers.
The stone is the wheel fitted in the slicer's built-in sharpener: rotating in contact with the blade edge, it restores the cutting edge. The coarse grain performs the first, more aggressive sharpening stage, removing worn metal and redefining the edge profile before the finishing pass with the fine-grain stone.
Replacement is needed when the abrasive surface is worn, glazed or uneven, as in these conditions sharpening becomes ineffective or risks damaging the blade.
