The ring nut with hook, without cross (ref. AGWS3.018.074) is the fastening component that locks the wash arm (rotating rinse/wash arm) onto its pin/hub in Hoonved C series professional dishwashers and glasswashers. This is the cross-less version, fitted with a hook, with a ø 1"1/4 fitting.
Function: screwed onto the pin fitting, it holds the wash arm in position, ensuring it spins freely during the cycle and does not come off under water pressure.

When to replace it: it should be changed if the thread is damaged or stripped, if the hook is deformed/broken, or if the wash arm no longer stays firmly in place and tends to slip off or vibrate during washing.
