The Duetto Plus is the RGV machine that, by swapping accessories, works as a meat grinder, tomato strainer or grater; the grater accessory comes with three interchangeable stainless steel blades. The square pusher is used to push the cheese (or other food) into the accessory's feed opening, ensuring safe feeding toward the blades without direct hand contact.
It should be replaced when it is broken, deformed, or no longer fits correctly into the feed opening, preventing a safe and effective push of the product toward the blades.
Note: this spare part is for the first-series version of the Duetto Plus; a different dedicated pusher is available for the latest-type model.
