The eccentric with Ø12 mm bore and Ø54 mm outer diameter is a mechanical spare part for slicers, compatible with NOAW, RGV and universal models. It is part of the machine's movement system: its eccentric rotation converts rotary motion into an oscillating movement, used to drive the blade during cutting.
As the eccentric wears, the resulting mechanical play can cause vibration, uneven cutting or abnormal noise while the slicer is running: in these cases it must be replaced with a part of the same dimensions (12 mm bore, 54 mm outer diameter) to restore correct operation of the mechanism.
