Eccentric cam with roller for Sirman Leo (Leonardo) and Galileo slicers. The eccentric cam, also known as the "snail" cam, is the mechanical component that works together with the graduated slice-thickness knob: as it rotates, it gradually shifts the blade or the food tray, allowing precise adjustment of the cutting thickness.
This version is fitted with a roller that runs in contact with the cam during rotation, reducing friction and wear and ensuring smoother thickness adjustment over time compared to versions without a roller.
