The eccentric converts rotary motion into the reciprocating/pushing motion of the mechanism (carriage/arm movement): it is a transmission component that, as it wears, develops play and irregular movement. Replace it when it is worn or the bore has become oval.
Dimensions: outer Ø 74 mm, bore Ø 18 mm, height 24 mm. Check all three measurements against the original part.
