The mod. 300 slice adjustment eccentric is the mechanical cam component that, together with the graduated knob, allows the cutting thickness to be adjusted on RGV 300 series slicers (Lusso, Dolly, Desy and variants). Turning the knob, the eccentric moves the slice-thickness adjustment plate/ring closer to or further from the blade, determining the thickness of the cut slice.
