The Ektor is a professional low-speed juice extractor for cold extraction from fruit and vegetables, fitted with a larger loading hopper designed to take bigger pieces of produce without cutting them to size first. The pusher is the accessory that fits into the hopper to push the produce towards the extraction system, ensuring continuous and safe feeding without having to put hands into the loading opening. It should be replaced when broken, deformed, or when it no longer properly pushes the produce towards the auger.
