It is the complete, ready-to-connect control unit: the board manages start/stop and motor actuation, the microswitch lead connects the safety (protection microswitch), the box protects the electronics and the button provides the command.
It is an assembly subject to electronic failure (overvoltage, moisture) and wear of the button and cables: when one of the elements fails the machine cannot be controlled correctly or the safety does not act. Replacing the complete unit restores controls and protection.
