What it does. In addition to handling motor start, stop and safety, this board controls the reverse function (forward/reverse rotation): a key feature above all on meat grinders, because briefly reversing the direction of rotation frees the auger when meat or sinew jams it, avoiding the need to dismantle the assembly.
